A November morning in Lisbon

Imagine walking to the metro, on a chilly November morning,

through streets sunlit, flooded with the scent of freshly brewed coffee,

teasing, and flirting with you, around every corner. 

Imagine walking, a glistening white pavement, under a canopy of trees,

breaking the chilly morning wind, into a gentle breeze. 

Imagine climbing down dusty stairs,

at the metro station now, you enter the gates, 

Kling Kling, the sound of Depeche Mode's "I Want It All", floods your ears.

That is just one of the ways,

one of your days could begin,

this is Lisbon, and it's just the beginning.
